Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
What parking options are available at this community?
Forest View offers free surface lot parking for residents.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on FV – At Forest View we have Valet Trash service for every unit. The trash is picked up at your door every Sunday – Thursday. It must be placed in property provided trash cans and placed outside your door by 7:00 pm. No trash can be left outside the provided trash can.
Where is the dog park?

We do not have a dog park onsite. A dog park close to the property is located at Cattail Park, 9323 Cochrans Crossing Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381

Yes
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
In any of the designated “guest parking” spaces away from the main buildings.
What are your community’s pool hours?
10a-10p everyday.
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
No pool pass is required currently.
Is a pool fob required for entry?
No
Does your community offer clubhouse rentals?
Yes, we offer club house rentals. The resident is required to fill out a clubhouse rental agreement, and provide a $500 security deposit in case of damages. No rental fee currently required.
What are your fitness center hours?
No fitness center onsite

None currently.
What are the Pest Control Service Days?
Every Tuesday (upon request)
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
In limited capacity.
